Our Semi-Annual Maintenance Agreement keeps your home’s HVAC system running at peak performance year-round with two comprehensive tune-ups per calendar year — one in the spring to prepare your cooling system for the summer heat, and one in the fall to ensure your heating system is ready for the colder months ahead.
As an agreement holder, you’ll enjoy priority scheduling, a 10% discount on any repair invoices while your agreement is active, and a basic condenser cleaning included with each visit. To further protect your investment, we’ll cover one capacitor or contactor per system per calendar year at no additional charge.
The longer you stay with us, the more you save — a system replacement allowance is added to your account each consecutive year you renew your agreement, building real value toward a future system upgrade when the time comes.
